NEWLY RENOVATED, right next to 30A! Come stay at the furthest west property in Bay County on the beach with one of the best views around. Property is bordered by both fresh and saltwater – Lake Powell on one side and the Gulf of Mexico on the other! Unit has direct views of both!

Condo is directly on the beach – no streets to cross, or long boardwalks to walk!

This newly remodeled condo has split levels with views on each level. The master bedroom features a king sized bed with luxury linens and a sweeping view of the Gulf. A full bathroom is adjoining, with both tub and shower. Walk up the stairs to find yourself on the second level which has views from both sides. The dining area looks directly over the Gulf as well, inviting lingering cups of coffee in the morning! The kitchen is fully equipped, overlooking the dining area and Gulf coast view.

The living room has a balcony overlooking Lake Powell. Spacious room, with ample seating for family gathering and has a queen sized memory foam sleeper sofa. A smaller roll away is provided for families with smaller children as well.

Large screen tvs in both master and living room, with cable and WIFI provided. Full sized washer and dryer as well!

The unit is beautiful but the complex and area are both one of a kind. Located in its own gated community, Pinnacle Port offers places to eat and drink within minutes of each other. There are two pools, tennis courts, bocce ball, shuffle board, fishing, kayak,and there are paddle boards and canoes for rent onsite. Also there is a nice playground and grills. There is boat access so feel free to bring your own water toys. Pinnacle Port is close to everything but still maintains a private, secluded feel. It is just west of Panama City Beach, and just east of Camp Helen State Park. Minutes away from the Rosemary Beach end of 30A, providing sought after dining and shopping options! It is a private, gated community with many amenities to keep you on the property.

We chose this spot because of it’s family friendly setting, with pristine uncrowded beaches away from the densely populated ones found commonly on the Gulf coast. Yet, it’s close enough to Panama City Beach and 30A to take advantage of all both areas have to offer. Perfect place for your beach vacations!
